E) AOM/MANOPS UPDATE TO VERSION 4.3.9 PARAGRAPH 5.5-A FOKKER 100 SOP IMPLEMENTED
- Normal operation with TAY 650-15 engines, except Air Inter: Cost Index 40 (for long-haul sectors use CI 24 in climb, then CI 30 in cruise). Use LRC mode.
- Normal operation with TAY 620-15 engines, except Air Inter: Cost Index 24 in climb, then CI 30 in cruise. Use LRC mode.
- Air Inter procedure: Climb 250/280/M0.70 – Cruise 310/M0.76 – Descent M0.76/310.
- Normal takeoff configuration: Flaps 0.
- Flaps 8° takeoff mandatory: after ground de-icing or when required by performance considerations (short or contaminated runway).
- Flaps 15° takeoff mandatory: when a Low Level Windshear (LLWS) advisory is in effect.
- FLEX takeoff permitted, except when a Low Level Windshear (LLWS) advisory is in effect or when required by performance considerations (short or contaminated runway); in these cases, full TO thrust is mandatory.
- During winter operations / cold weather conditions: ECS bleeds set to ECON for the entire flight. Use NORM during the rest of the year.
- Standard landing configuration: Flaps 42°, except when a Low Level Windshear (LLWS) advisory is in effect or when required by performance considerations (short or contaminated runway).
- Flaps 25 landing mandatory: for automatic landings or CAT II/CAT III approaches, when a Low Level Windshear (LLWS) advisory is in effect, or in the event of an engine failure.
- Use IDLE REVERSE only (unless additional reverse thrust is required).
- Single-engine taxi procedure in effect:On departure, taxi on Engine No. 1 only (allow a 2-minute warm-up period after starting Engine No. 2 if OAT is above 5°C or if the engine has been shut down for less than 90 minutes; otherwise allow 4 minutes). After landing, taxi on Engine No. 2 only (wait 1 minute before shutting down Engine No. 1).
